Connie’s Place is a family-friendly, and of course, pet-friendly, soon-to-be three-unit duplex. Because it is located in the heart of Sedona, it is within walking distance of numerous shops, cafes, and Sedona activities! It has been designed in a delightful mid-century modern style. The owners, Steve and Connie Segner, say their mission is “to provide a peaceful and relaxing stay for all their guests, two- and four-legged alike.” Each unit is stocked with poop bags, doggie dishes, and blankets for beds, etc.

The Pet-Friendly Rooms
Connie’s Place Unit 1 is located in the heart of the Sedona Arts District and is the perfect rental unit for 2 people. The Bedroom features a king bed, a nice bathroom with a bath/shower, small refrigerator, coffee maker, and a microwave. This unit has a TV in the living room area and bedroom. It is decorated in a delightful Mid-century modern style. Connie’s Place is, of course, pet-friendly, with no pet fees. Unit 1 is perfectly suited for a 1 small to medium size pet. Cleaning is upon check-out only..
Connie’s Place Unit 2 is a comfortable space for 4 guests with 2 bedrooms and a common area. The master bedroom has a king bed, TV, private bath with double sinks, and a large shower. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen Bed, TV and private bath with a bathtub/shower combo. Unit 2 also has a microwave, small refrigerator, Keurig, and a TV in the common area. Connie’s Place is, of course, pet friendly with no pet fees. Unit 2 will accommodate 2 small to medium size dogs. Cleaning is upon check-out only.

Connie’s Place is not part of El Portal Sedona Hotel but it is our recommendation for when El Portal is full.

A Pet Friendly Red Rocks View Bungalow in downtown Sedona near everything!
The property is conveniently located and walkable to several nearby shops and restaurants including Tlaquepaque. We also walked from the VRBO to a nearby trailhead called Brewer Trail that we really enjoyed, especially around sunset. Given the traffic challenges in town, we found this spot to be perfect to avoid that! The place itself is small but cute and clean and we found it comfortable with all the basics provided!-December 24, 2023

Clean, simple but pleasant place located in the best part of Sedona, the historic district. The owners are very nice, we had a little trouble with the heat but the owner came over right away and helped us out. We were grateful that they allow dogs with no pet fee. We’ll be back!
